WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.


13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BILLSTER ONLINE, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO BILLSTER ONLINE IN THE SIX MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

You may also terminate your account at any time by following the procedures outlined on the Site. Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Billster Online operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within the jurisdiction of Billster Online’s principal place of business.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.


18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Billster Online, constitute the entire agreement between you and Billster Online regarding your use of the Service.
